Yes. In-home consultations are available when showroom visits are not practical.

Yes. Our Sacramento Design Showroom is available by appointment only.
Consultations are available 7 days a week by appointment.

No. Materials are specified exclusively for projects completed through Artisan Interiors Upholstery.
We do not operate as a standalone fabric or foam retailer. Clients looking to purchase materials only are generally better served through online fabric retailers.

Residential Reupholstery FAQ

If the piece has strong construction, sentimental value, or high-quality framing, usually yes.

Sofas, sectionals, dining chairs, recliners, headboards, ottomans, banquettes, outdoor cushions, heirloom pieces, and more.

Most residential reupholstery projects are completed within approximately 2–3 weeks depending on project scope, material availability, and scheduling.

COM (Customer’s Own Material) and COL (Customer’s Own Leather) are accepted for approved interior designers and trade professionals.
Retail customer supplied materials are reviewed for approval prior to acceptance. A cut fee may apply for approved retail COM or COL projects because our standard labor pricing is partially subsidized through materials sourced directly through Artisan Interiors Upholstery.

Absolutely. We guide clients through durability, color palettes, pattern scale, texture, and performance considerations.

Yes. We offer high-performance fabrics ideal for pets, children, and high-traffic homes.
We also offer natural fiber fabrics including linen, cotton, wool, mohair, and other designer materials.
Clients may request complimentary fabric, vinyl, and leather swatches to be mailed directly to them.

Yes. Structural reinforcement, spring work, webbing replacement, and cushion rebuilding are available.

Pickup & Delivery FAQ

Yes. Pickup and delivery are available throughout our service areas.
Customer drop-offs and pickups are available weekdays from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Complimentary pickup and delivery is available for qualifying projects based on project total and distance.

Whenever practical, dining chairs and loose cushions should be transported by the client.

Projects involving stairs, difficult access, oversized furniture, or additional labor may require added handling fees.

Designer & Trade FAQ
