The Challenge

Prairie City Landing needed to refresh more than 80 dining chairs while maintaining sufficient seating for residents throughout the project. The refurbishment required coordination between upholstery and wood refinishing trades while minimizing disruption to daily dining operations.

The Solution

Artisan Interiors partnered with Sacramento Furniture Restoration to provide a complete refurbishment solution. Existing upholstery was removed, the frames were refinished by SFR, and the chairs were returned to Artisan Interiors for reupholstery using designer-supplied commercial vinyl. To reduce operational disruption, the project was completed in four to five production batches.
