The Challenge

JRK Property Holdings sought to refresh seating throughout the amenity areas of Montage Apartments, including oversized poolside bench cushions, round cushions, and custom daybed cushions. The oversized dimensions created fabrication challenges that exceeded the capabilities of many standard sewing machines while requiring a rapid turnaround.

The Solution

Artisan Interiors consulted on material selection and worked with the client to identify performance fabrics suitable for outdoor use. Using industrial upholstery equipment capable of handling oversized cushion assemblies, our team fabricated and recovered the cushions while maintaining an accelerated project schedule of approximately one to two weeks.
